To support investors looking to diversify their portfolios by investing in the hospitality industry, Honotel’s managers created the investment management company Hôtel Investissement Capital in 2015.
Accredited by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under number GP-15000008, Hôtel Investissement Capital is a Paris-based investment management company that develops and manages private equity funds focused exclusively on investments in hospitality and hotel assets. It benefits from the expertise built up by Honotel’s teams and successfully deployed over the past 20 years in this asset class through 110 investment and divestment operations.
As of today, Hôtel Investissement Capital has launched Hôtel Patrimoine, Cap Hospitality and Cap Hospitality III, three private equity funds, with a total investment capacity, including leverage, of €200m.
